The Workspace Admin is responsible for issuing new phone plans with eSIMs.
If you are an employee or non-admin you must ask your Workspace Admin in your organisation to issue you a new phone plan and share a QR code.
When you have been issued a new phone plan, you will use the QR code to install your new eSIM.
