Login to your Voop account here.

Click on the box with your name in the bottom left corner of the dashboard, then click ‘account settings’.

On the sidebar on the left hand side, click on ‘care teams’ and then click the green ‘create care team’ box in the top right corner.

Enter the name of the team you’re creating and the ‘team ID’ will be generated automatically. You can select an icon and colour to assign to your team. Click ‘create team’.

To edit the members on an existing team, click on ‘care teams’ on the sidebar on the left hand side. Click the three dots next to the care team that you want to edit and then click ‘members’. You can search for team leaders and guardians who are in your Voop account, and add them to the team. Under the ‘role’ dropdown menu, you can edit whether the user is a team leader or a guardian.

To delete a team, click on ‘care teams’ on the sidebar on the left hand side. Click the three dots next to the care team that you want to edit and then click ‘delete’.
