Voop is installed through something called mobile device management (MDM). This provides an advanced level of security and protection because it means the mobile network cannot be deleted or circumvented. For Android devices, Voop installation does require the smartphone to be reset to factory settings. We are exploring other installation methods too, so stay tuned.
